Los Colores del Muerto (Day of the Dead Celebration)~
ALTAR & EXHIBIT INFORMATION
The Museums of Port Isabel are looking for individuals, families, schools, organizations, and businesses to sign up to create altars for display at the Museum. Altars will be on display from Tuesday, October 20 through Saturday, November 14. Finished dimensions can be up to 6 ft. wide by 3 ft. deep and 8 ft. tall. Altars can be traditional, abstract, artistic, humorous, personal or historic. See example to the right and below. Inspiration can also be taken from the tradition and history of the celebration> more.
