Greetings:
We thank you for your interest in participating in the 6th Annual Queen Isabella Market Day scheduled for Saturday, April 14th, 2007 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
All booth spaces are $50.00 regardless of their location. Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. Vendors must bring their own canopy, chairs, tables, etc. For $75.00 your 10' x 10' booth space will include an eight foot table and two chairs. Electricity will be an additional $10.00. Setup time is 8:00 a.m.
Click here for map of the vendor booths and an application form. Please contact me with the booth number that you prefer to confirm availability. Once confirmed you can send in your application with payment in the form of a check made out to “Museums of Port Isabel” or fill out the online form to reserve your space. If you choose to pay with a credit card you will be contacted by phone for credit card information.
Booth space fills up quickly, so be sure to reserve yours early! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at (956) 943-7602.

| Queen Isabella Market Day will be held on the grounds of the Lighthouse, set up time is 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 14th. Booths will be opened to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Call 956.943.7602 for more information and specific booth availability. |

| Prices of space will increase by $5.00 after Friday, March 23, 2007 (if space is available). When making reservations for a space, please send your payment within 5 days, or we will assume you've decided not to participate and will re-rent the space.
NOTE: Space does not include table, chairs or canopy. It is the responsibility of the vendor to bring furnishings.
ATTENTION Concession Vendors: A limited number of concession vending spaces are available. Please contact event management for more information: 956.943.7602.
You may reserve your space online. If you wish to pay by credit card, indicate so on the form below but do not include your credit card information, you will be contacted by phone within 24 hours. If you wish to pay by check , indicate so on the form and mail your check and a copy of the vendor form to the address at the bottom of this form.

| In order to participate in the Port Isabel's Queen Isabella Market Day, ALL VENDORS must agree to the following provisions by signing below. |

The City of Port Isabel reserves the right to remove any vendor at any time, for any violation of the regulations set forth in the current year's information regarding the Queen Isabella Market Day. |
| 2. |
In consideration of the use of one or more spaces by the undersigned vendor participation in Port Isabel's Queen Isabella Market Day, the undersigned agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of Port Isabel, its officers, agents, employees, and members from and against all liabilities, claims, suits, or demands for injuries to any person and/or property arising out of the undersigned's injuries to persons he or she may cause by participating in such activities. |

Any person that has a check returned for the bank will be charged $25.00. |

NO VENDOR shall sell any illegal items or items that infringe on registered trademarks. |
| 5. |
Electricity - You must bring your own heavy-duty extension cord, 100' or 200' is sufficient. Cords across walkways must be taped. Do not overload outlets -- do not use more than normally used on one household outlet. DO NOT RUN FANS, HEATERS OR OTHER PERSONAL CONVENIENCES. |
| 6. |
PAYMENT NOT REFUNDABLE due to weather. Event will go on rain or shine. |
| 7. |
ATTENTION VENDORS: No sale of soft drinks, water, or other beverages allowed without prior permission. This request will be enforced. |

No vehicles on premises. |
